Meeting
Called To Order
Meeting was called to order by Mr. Tim
Wood.
The minutes from the last meeting in
June was read and approved.
Treasurer
Report
Angela Mullins reported the balance as
of today’s date. For Confidentiality
reasons,
The Amounts are not listed on
this website, but are available.
Advertising
Signs Report
Advertising signs will be sold at a
cost of $250 for first year and $100 renewal fee
for
each additional year. The signs will be
along the fence starting at the
scoreboard
and working outward toward both bleachers.
Please see a
member
of the TD Club if you are interested in obtaining a sign for your
business
or you would like to just purchase one for personal use.
There are spots still
available.
Membership
Report
Membership status: For
$10 (husband & wife), you are entitled to membership status
which includes parking in lower parking lot that is reserved
for members.
It was reported that we have 71 members as of today’s date.
Old & New Business:
Bassett Kiwanis
Tim Wood has made contact with the
Kiwanis Club about their annual donation and
he
hasn’t heard back from them as of now, but would check on it.
Youth Camp & Youth Night
The youth camp will be Tuesday through Friday, July 27 – 30,
from 1 – 3. The morning
would
be the older camp and the afternoon would be the younger camp. Coach
Gilbert is presently working
with the Parks and Recreation on setting up a youth
night
at one of the home games in the fall.
Team Report
Coach Gilbert reported the results of
the 7 on 7 games we have participated in.
Reported the attendance in
the weight room was still good and that the season
started
on August 2nd at 8 a.m.
Requests
Coach Gilbert mentioned the first
Saturday Practice and how the TD Club supplied the
players
food and fruit after the first full pad practice. After discussion, Tim
Wood was to approach Joe
Rogers about this endeavor.
Coach Gilbert checked to make sure it
was still o.k. to go ahead with the cleat
purchase
and it was agreed to that the funds would be available to do so.
Coach Gilbert reminded the club about
our desire to feed
scrimmage
as a thank you for feeding our team last year.
After discussion, it
was
agreed to approach parents and businesses to supply the food for this and
to
use funds from the club if so needed.

own Tax I.D. Number for 501 (c)3 tax exempt
