Meeting Called To Order

 

          Meeting was called to order by Mrs. Angela Mullins

 

          The minutes from the last  meeting  were read and approved.

 

 

Treasurer Report

 

          Donna Anthony reported the balance as of today’s date.   For Confidentiality reasons,

                   The Amounts are not listed on this website, but are available.

 

 

 

Advertising Signs Report

 

          Advertising signs will be sold at a cost of $250 for first year and $100 renewal fee

                   for each additional year.  The signs will be along the fence starting at the

                   scoreboard and working outward toward both bleachers.  Please see a

                   member of the TD Club if you are interested in obtaining a sign for your

                   business or you would like to just purchase one for personal use.

                   There are spots still available.

          The sign will now be purchased with a 2 year Warranty on normal wear and tear.

                   Any changes to the sign’s design will be the responsibility of the business

                   or individual purchasing the sign. 

          It was brought up that we should really focus next season on approaching

                   Businesses to obtain more signs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Membership Report

 

Membership status:  For $10 (husband & wife), you are entitled to membership status

          which includes parking in lower parking lot that is reserved for members.

We have 96 Memberships as of today’s date.

        Team Report

 

          Coach Gilbert reported the following:

                   The Team was in the middle of Max week and starting the first of the

                             Year, Practice/Lifting would take place on Mondays and

                             Thursdays, with lifting only on Wednesdays.

        Time Clocks

 

          The Time Clocks were reported as being on campus and the process of

                   Installing them was underway.

 

 

 

          Fieldhouse

 

          The Field House was not discussed at this meeting.

 

 

 

        Fundraising Ideas

 

       

           Memberships were continuing to be purchased.  T-shirts

 and key chains are still available.

         

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kiwanis Request

 

        No Report

 

 

Gatorade Update

 

There were around 30 cases of Gatorade left over after the season and the team

          is using them for players after lifting.

 

 

Nominations for Vice President

 

Nominations for Vice President were taken and Sharon Gilbert agreed to serve

          as the club’s Vice President.  She was voted on and approved.

 

 

 

Thank You Letters for Meal Providers

 

Thank You letters were discussed to send out to the Meal Providers.

 

         

Donation to the JROTC Program

 

Donation to the JROTC Program for parking assistance during games were

          Approved to be paid.
